How this site makes money
GraphEffect is free to use. We earn commission when a reader follows a link from this site to a merchant and then makes a purchase. The merchant pays that commission; it does not change your price, and it does not add anything to your order.
What that does and does not influence
Commission has no bearing on whether we say a code works. A code that fails at checkout is marked as failing whether or not we are paid by that merchant. We also list merchants we earn nothing from, because leaving them out would make the directory less useful.
What commission does influence is coverage: merchants with affiliate programmes are easier for us to test repeatedly, so they tend to have more thoroughly checked pages. We think you should know that.
How links are marked
Outbound commercial links on this site carry rel="sponsored nofollow", in line with Google’s guidance on qualifying outbound links. They pass through a redirect on our domain so we can count clicks; the redirect is excluded from search indexing and behaves identically for readers and for crawlers.
