We publish thousands of individual facts — codes, discount amounts, minimum spends, return windows. Some of them will be wrong. This page is how that gets fixed.

Reporting a code that did not work

Every coupon on this site has a Did it work? control underneath it. Using it is the fastest route: it registers immediately, it feeds the success rate shown on the page, and a code that collects enough failure reports is retired automatically without waiting for a human.

Reporting anything else

Wrong return policy, outdated contact details, a comparison that misrepresents a brand, a factual error in a description — use the contact page. Tell us the page and what is wrong. You do not need to be polite about it.

What we do

1. We check the claim against the merchant’s live site.
2. If it is wrong, we correct it and update the page’s modified date.
3. If the error was material — a discount figure, a policy term, a comparison claim — we note the correction on the page rather than quietly editing it.
4. If the claim turns out to be right as published, we say so and explain why.

Merchants

If you represent a brand covered here and something is inaccurate, write to us and we will correct it. We will not remove an accurate but unflattering statement, retract a documented failure rate, or take down a comparison table because a competitor appears in it.
